P&Z FILE INFORMATION

In an effort to give the public better access to the P&Z file we have scanned many of the files and posted them here.

This will allow people to research the issue and understand the impact of the proposal and the flaws in the application.
As more information is submitted we will do our best to post it here. Some day we hope that P&Z themselves will put all applications on-line in this manner.

P&Z Regulations Section 11 AAA zone is where to start and follow through to sections 43 and 44 of the Special Permit. The Proposal doesn't meet the special permit.

The Town Plan The Y's application must conform to the Town Plan, it doesn't.
